Tai Chi and Kung Fu

I am learning to reflect about Tai Chi and Kung Fu.

Today we had Tai Chi and Kung Fu. As soon as we got there we got into our lines for our stunt. We did the same stunts like before like Krane stance, Tiger push mountain, Cover the heart, Stay safe, and Open gate. We also made a half Circle to tell everyone about our name, Positive comment, Negative comment, and also Random act of kindness.

My one was "Hi my name is Toma my positive comment is the boys from Tamaki college did their performance for Fiafia night well, My negative comment is that the FiaFia night took for long and my random act of kindness was that I helped out my family pack stuff cause we are moving houses".

What I think I need to do better with the half circle thing is help out my friend because he got stuck with what to say because he doesn't understand english properly. A feedforward I can give myself today is balancing myself and a feedforward I can also give myself is try my best to do the stances.

The one area I think I need to work on more is my balancing because I kept on falling over whenever we did the Krane stance. A feedback I will give to my friend is know what he is gonna say before he stands up. A feedforward I can also give to my friend is don't be shy when you go up because when you go up your actually wasting time.

Mr Gordon told us more things but I forgot what they were called.What I learnt was the new stances but I forgot the name of them.What I found challenging was balancing myself so I don't fall.What I think I need to improve on next time is remembering the names of the stances.
The Powerword for this week was Listening. I think that this word means listening not with your ears but with your body as well.
