Technology: Fish Pie

Fish Pie.

Today for Technology we made fish pie. The person I was with was Demetrius. What we found challenging was trying to not overcook the fish pie because if we overcooked it then it would be yuck and not taste very nice. What I enjoyed from technology today was eating the fish pie because I don't like eating fish pie.

Ingredients:

1. Peel the potatoes and bake until it's cooked.
2. mash it up and lay it out into the baking tin.
3. Mix tuna fish with 1/2 can of mushroom cream and 1/2 of mayonnase
4. mix well top up on potato with cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes.
